GigExpense is an app for iPhone and iPad dedicated to help freelancers keep track of their expenses during their travels. If you travel a lot for work and would like a simple and convenient way to help document how much money you are spending, this app is for you.

Key features of this app include the following:

- A section to write down your list of trips and keep track of key components such as the cost for gas, tolls, parking, hotels, meals and any additional costs.

- A section to keep tab of your mileage during each trip.

- A way to share your documented expenses directly to other applications such as Excel or Numbers directly from the app.

- A section to visually see your information displayed in a bar graph or pie chart.

- A section for storing pictures of any receipts you may have taken with your phone’s camera or directly from your phone’s photo library.

With GigExpense, I value your privacy and am committed to ensuring your personal data remains secure. This Privacy Policy outlines how I handle your data when you use my application.

GigExpense does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or information to external servers. All data, including expense records, graphs, charts, and stored receipt images, is saved locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. SwiftData stores your information in a private database on your device that only you and the app can access. I have no access to this data and do not use any external servers to store or process your information.

2. Use of Data

All information you input or generate within GigExpense is stored locally using SwiftData and is for your personal use only. Since I do not collect, access, or share your data, you are in full control of your information at all times.

3. Third-Party Services

GigExpense does not integrate with or use third-party services that may collect your data. Any images or data accessed from your photo library remain entirely on your device.

4. Camera and Photo Access

GigExpense may request access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to capture or select receipt images for your expense records. All images accessed or captured through the app are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. I do not collect, transmit, or share any photos or images captured or selected within the app. These images remain private and under your control at all times.

5. Data Security

As all data is stored locally on your device, I recommend using your device's built-in security features (e.g., passcodes or biometric authentication) to protect your information. GigExpense does not have access to your device or its security settings.

GigExpense is designed as a convenient tool to help you keep track of your expenses during your travels. It is not intended to provide financial advice or guidance.
